Current processing time is 1-2 weeks. The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. While I try to get orders out as quickly as I can, everything is made to order so sometimes it may take the full 2 weeks depending on order volume.

Shipping notifications are sent immediately when the shipping label is created. USPS tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. Any delays will be communicated through email.

Due to Covid, shipment times can be delayed & postal deliveries may be delayed.

Business hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 8pm Closed on most major Holidays. MLK Day, My Birthday, Cinco de Mayo, Obama Day, etc.
